Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing original artwork from our store. Every painting is an authentic, one-of-a-kind original artwork created and signed by the artist. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable Bulgarian and European Union consumer protection laws.

2. Returns

If you are entitled to return an item under applicable law, you must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period.

The artwork must be returned:

• In the same condition in which it was received.
• Free from scratches, tears, stains, dents, water damage, bends, or any other damage.
• Without alterations, restoration, repainting, framing modifications, or other changes.
• Together with all original items included with your purchase.

The buyer is responsible for packaging the artwork securely for return. Any damage caused during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may affect the refund amount where permitted by law.

3. Certificate of Authenticity

Every original painting includes a personally signed Certificate of Authenticity.

The Certificate of Authenticity is an integral part of the artwork and confirms its originality and provenance.

If the Certificate of Authenticity is missing, damaged, altered, destroyed, or not returned with the painting, the artwork's value may be significantly reduced. In such cases, any refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.

4. Condition of Returned Artwork

Returned artwork must be in its original condition.

Refunds may be reduced or refused where permitted by law if the artwork has been:

• Scratched
• Torn
• Bent or creased
• Stained
• Exposed to moisture or water damage
• Marked, painted, or otherwise modified
• Improperly stored resulting in deterioration
• Damaged through misuse or negligence

If any accessories, documentation, packaging, or included items are missing, any refund may also be reduced where legally permitted.

5. Charity Collection Paintings

Some paintings are sold as part of a charitable initiative. Where clearly stated on the product page, a specified percentage of the purchase price is donated to a charitable organization.

Once the donation has been made, that donated amount cannot be recovered by us.

If a refund is due under applicable law, the refund will normally be limited to the portion of the purchase price retained by us after deduction of the charitable donation, provided this arrangement was clearly disclosed before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.

Example:

• Purchase Price: €100
• Charity Donation (10%): €10
• Refund Amount: €90

The applicable donation percentage will always be displayed on the product page before purchase.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
• A description of the issue

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

7. Refund Process

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to any lawful deductions for loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the artwork.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are refundable only where required by applicable law.
